Abstract

It has been the global concern for the purpose of the preservation of the polluting and degradation of
environment. Many studies have been done on the green marketing exploring the importance of the topic and
relationship to the factors of the eco-friendly products and customer satisfaction. Through the vital information
provided by the expertise, competent and experience researchers, companies have understood the importance
of eco-friendly products in order to satisfy customer these provided much rich information for the literature
studies of the paper. The objective of this research is looked into and explored the influencing of the four
factors or elements, on the satisfaction of the customer perspective in Bangladesh. The purpose of the study is
to obtain information from consumers‟ point of view. Furthermore, one perspective of the study is to look into
the consumers‟ of the Bangladesh towards eco-friendly products.
