Abstract

Stress has emerged as a common term used in an organization and in everyone’s life, it affects our mental and physical health both in corporate as well as personal life. It has come on surface many times in a 24/7-work environment. Stress in moderation is helpful to both the organization and the employee. It aids in the attainment of personal as well as organizational objectives. However, excessive stress can have negative impacts on employees' bodies, minds, and psychology. Delegating some work, sharing responsibilities with coworkers, taking time off work to be with family and loved ones, and limiting work overtime are all popular stress management tactics. This paper delve into how stress can be managed at workplace.
