Abstract

Crisis management refers to a process through which organizations handle situations deemed to be sudden emergencies. With quick decision making inevitable, crisis management seeks to limit potential damages that could accrue from perceived adversities. In this paper, the aim is to focus on crisis management from a practical illustration to understand issues such as potential causes, trends, and possible interventions that could be adopted to control emergencies.
